Shona InnesDIRECTOR GLOBAL QHSET

Shona has over 20 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry, including her current 12-year tenure with Northern Offshore. Shona started her offshore career with Santa Fe in 2002 and remained through mergers with Global Marine and Transocean. Shona joined Northern Offshore in 2010 as an offshore Safety Training Facilitator until 2011 when she moved onshore as an HSE Advisor. Since then, Shona managed the Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Training functions of the company in the role of Manager QHSET in the UK, Holland and the Middle East. Shona was promoted to Director Global QHSET in October 2021.

Shona holds a Master of Science degree in Health Safety and Risk Management from Robert Gordons University, Aberdeen and is a chartered Graduate member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
