Jibing YiChief Financial Officer

Mr. Jibing Yi has more than 10 years of experience in corporate strategy and investment business in the offshore drilling industry and equity investment in other industries.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Northern Offshore, Mr. Jibing Yi served as Vice President of Shandong Offshore Equipment Co., Ltd. (SDOE), as well as a member to the Investment Decision Committee of Qingdao Hui Hai Offshore Drilling Investment Partnership Ltd and Shandong Offshore Drilling Investment Partnership Ltd.

He obtained his Master of Science degree from China Ocean University in 2011.He is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
